Scott Genzer has worn many hats in his career; he's been a loan officer, branch manager and executive Vice President for mortgage banks in California and Florida. In 2007, Scott moved to Colorado with plans of retiring and hitting the slopes. But his passion for lending, training and humor drew him back to the industry when he was invited to train MLO's in 2014. When not working, you'll find Scott skiing, playing golf or enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Colorado. 

Johnny Hines is a Mortgage Trainer for the Knowledge Coop, with over 20 years of experience working in the financial industry. In his 15 years working specifically in the mortgage industry, he has held roles in operations, sales, and the secondary market. His arsenal of industry perspectives has equipped him to create training that is accessible for MLO's at any level of experience. He is passionate about facts, learning, and helping others achieve success in their careers.
