President & CEO of Knowledge Coop
Ken Perry is the President & CEO of Knowledge Coop, a pioneering social learning platform for the mortgage industry. With a BA in Speech Communication, Ken's career began in mortgage origination where he quickly became a top producer. In 2003, he launched Broker Knowledge Group to address the lack of training in the industry. This led to the creation of Knowledge Coop in 2012, a collaborative platform revolutionizing industry education. Ken is recognized for his dynamic speaking style and deep industry knowledge, covering regulatory changes and emerging trends. He also hosts the "Lessons From Last Time" podcast, sharing insights and stories of resilience and growth. Ken lives in Camas, WA, with his wife and three children nearby.
